Holliday Update
Veronica made a model moon this month for her 5th grade school project. First we visited the Hutchinson Cosmosphere. Then I showed her pictures of the lunar rover and lander after the capsule blasted off.

That same day I was asked to bring three Mexican Christmas cakes. Upon hearing the description, I made King Cakes, complete with one baby inside each. They are filled with cinnamon sugar and fruit.
Still more excitement, another Price-Harris class launched rockets!
Price Harris gets all my free time. I walk the halls with the camera. Most students know me and I help with anything the teachers need. Often it is sitting with a student, keeping them on task. Other times I get small groups to learn math.I do not have any BEFORE pictures, but my friend Kyle recovered the four chairs of Grandmother Eleanor. Follow her link. Under blog you can see the green chair we donated and she recovered for a charity auction. The old seats had the original batting and two layers of fabric. Kyle and I shopped for fabric. The elephants spoke to me!

Tonight we cooked up mystery fish, scallops, and a dozen oysters. I ordered two dozen for the 25th. We used leftover apple crepe filling in dessert. Follow the link to see our version of apple parfait.
Finally, this is a shout out to sister Sue. Enjoy the tomato marmalade.
