Judy is off to Yuma!
Yuma will hit 108 degrees F next week. Everyday is over 100 degrees F. So, tonight we are making pulled pork tacos and a rhubarb pie.
I asked Sofia and Iliana to roll the dough, pick clean and season the rhubarb, and build the pie!
Look at the beautiful lattice work! Watch out mom and dad, pies are in your future!
